Quick Vision Active 

Available in two sizes, the 202 and 404.

The QV Active Series can perform complicated measurements that are usually made using tools such as calipers, dial indicators, or measuring microscopes. This will make a great contribution to reducing the number of measurement processes and optimizing the use of production resources.

  • The "automatic edge detection" function will provide high reproducibility in measurements regardless of the skill level of the operator.
  • The newly designed zoom unit and interchangeable objectives achieve a maximum magnification ratio of 14X.
  • A maximum of three touch-probe modules can be mounted in this rack to meet a variety of needs, with the probe auto-change function complementing the QV Active imaging functionality.

MeasurLink Included!

MeasurLink 10 Real-Time Professional Edition is designed for customers that do need to connect to major instruments such as CMMs, Vision and Form, etc. systems via DDE or ASCII file import. 

It has basic views to allow the user to create Parts, Characteristics with nominal and tolerance, Traceability lists, etc. The data collection interface provides real-time graphics for Run charts, Control charts, Histograms, Statistics, etc. Standard views include the Datasheet (observations and charts), the Classic View (chart windows), and the 2D view (pictures with callouts that include charts and statistical data).

 

This application does support data filters. Full reporting functionality with templates is provided.
